3. Birth Doula services, labour support, breastfeeding and postpartum recovery healing trauma touch therapy for mother and Butterfly Touch Massage for baby to integrate their birth experience, relaxation, helps baby adjust life outside of the womb.

4. Prepare for Nurturing Conception - Transform stress into a peaceful state, rewire the negative beliefs and perception in the subconscious mind to positive beliefs with PSYCH-K and Gentle Bio-Energetics Body Therapy to increase the life energy by releasing emotional baggage and trauma.
